These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you purchase products from artelabochenek.com, operated by Ela Bochenek (“I”, “me”, “my”). By placing an order, you agree to the Terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About This Shop

This website sells original artwork, and small-batch creative products such as reflection cards. All items are handmade or artist-designed and may include natural variations.

Due to the handmade nature and textured surfaces of my artwork, small variations or natural irregularities are to be expected. These are part of the work.

I currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

2. Ordering

2.1 How Orders Work

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Your order is accepted once payment is successfully processed.

2.2 Product Images & Colours

I make every effort to show colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of my work.

2.3 Availability

Items are made in small batches. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, I will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may be updated at any time.
Free UK shipping is included unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (and PayPal if enabled).
I do not see or store your full payment details.

4. Shipping

4.1 Delivery Method

Orders are posted through Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or another suitable courier, within 5–7 working days.

Original artworks are shipped flat-packed due to their layered texture and cannot be rolled or sent in tubes.

4.2 UK Only

I currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All original artworks include free UK shipping.

4.3 Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

4.4 Delays

Delays can occur, especially during busy periods. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact me and I will help track it.

4.5 International shipping

International shipping is not offered automatically. If you are outside the UK, please contact me before purchasing so we can discuss options and any applicable customs charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned securely packaged.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original artworks must be returned using a tracked and insured service.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued once the item is received back in good condition. If the artwork is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, I may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

5.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the issue. I will replace or refund your item.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, I will issue a full refund.
Once an item has shipped, the returns process applies.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, available on this website.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, and images on this website are the property of Ela Bochenek.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without permission.

9. Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • delays caused by couriers

  • incorrect address details provided at checkout

  • loss caused by improper handling after delivery

I will always do my best to solve issues fairly and kindly.
